Eliot is an experienced marketing and digital transformation leader who develops strategies and initiatives that leverage the latest marketing technologies and experience design techniques in building a company’s brand or products to drive demand and create customer lifetime value. Having spent over 17 years in agency, consultancy, and brand-side marketing roles, he's learned the importance of design thinking and employs a highly collaborative, data-driven approach to solving complex business problems - the end goal being to deliver an exceptional customer experience that maximizes value for the business and the user.
Over the course of his career, he has led the design and development of dozens of integrated marketing campaigns across web, mobile, display advertising, SEO/SEM, social, email, CRM and offline channels. He has the ability to design, build and nurture high performing teams that are passionate about delivering strong results while having fun in the process. He has a strong operational and analytical mindset rooted in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies, with excellent knowledge of the marketing technology and data landscapes.
Canadian-born, Eliot now resides in the SF Bay Area with his wife Stacey, daughter Isla and dog Winnie. When he has a free moment to spare, you’ll almost certainly find him on the water, surfing or in the mountains, biking.
